Main Street Imperial Taiwanese Gourmet was founded by Chef Lin in 2000. He envisioned a family-style restaurant that served traditional Taiwanese dishes with recipes brought back from his country and his hometown. We use fresh ingredients and authentic recipes.  We offer seasonal specials and are open during most major holidays.
